2000 Manufacturing Ltd Warranty
These
warranties will not apply to any Blinds 2000 Manufacturing Ltd
products or parts thereof due to abuse, neglect, improper use,
accident, alteration, incorrect installation, or effects due to
salt air. This warranty applies to the original buyer only.
Replacement
materials, hardware, or accessories will be replaced on a pro
rated formula, beginning after the first year based on the time
elapsed from the date of sale.
Labour, service calls, and pick and delivery are not
covered by this warranty.
This
warranty does not cover claims from incidental or consequential
damages.
All
cords will eventually wear out.
This is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered
by this warranty.
To
obtain warranty service, the purchaser must return the shades to
the manufacturer.
Warranty
does not cover removal, installation, or any transportation costs.
Slight
variations in grain, texture, and colours are considered normal.
Removal
of any Blinds 2000 Manufacturing Ltd sticker identification will
void any and all warranties.
Original
Bill of Sale must accompany any claim.
Verticals:
Blinds
2000 Manufacturing Ltd warranties all mechanical moving parts to be
free from defect for the life of the blind.
All other materials are guaranteed against stretching,
twisting bowing and warping for a period of three years.
All materials will gradually lose colour intensity after long
exposures to the sun. Some
PVC vanes may bow in the heat from direct sunlight, but will
straighten when temperatures return to normal.
Aluminium
Horizontal Blinds
Blinds
2000 Manufacturing Ltd warranties all mechanical moving parts to be
free from defect for the life of the blind.
Slats are guaranteed against peeling for a period of three
years. Ultrasonic
cleaning can cause peeling. Warranty is void if manufacturer’s
specifications are exceeded (e.g. oversized).
Euro,
Faux, Alternative Woods:
Blinds
2000 Manufacturing Ltd warranties all mechanical moving parts to be
free from defect for the life of the blind.
Slats are guaranteed against excessive warping for a period
of three years. All
materials will gradually lose colour intensity after long exposures
to the sun. Warranty is
void if manufacturer’s specifications are exceeded (e.g.
oversized).

Wood Venetian:
Blinds
2000 Manufacturing Ltd warranties all mechanical moving parts to be
free from defect for the life of the blind.
Slats are guaranteed against chipping, peeling, and excessive
warping for a period of three years.
Wood is a natural product and therefore nominal warping may
occur especially with fluctuations in humidity.
All materials will gradually lose colour intensity after long
exposures to the sun. Slight
variations in grain, texture and colour are considered normal.
Warranty is void if manufacturer’s specifications are
exceeded (e.g. oversized).
Vienna
Shades:
Blinds
2000 Manufacturing Ltd warranties all mechanical moving parts to be
free from defect for the life of the blind.
Knitted fabrics may experience minor weave variations due to
heat, humidity, and other room conditions.
These variations can result is light bowing, puckering, and
dimpling of the fabric. This
is considered normal and does not constitute a failure in either
workmanship or materials. The
possible variations are minor and have been shown in case studies,
not to detract from the beauty of the product.
Pleated
and Cellular Shades:

2000 Manufacturing Ltd warranties all mechanical moving parts to be
free from defect for the life of the blind.
Fabrics are warranted for a period of three years.
All materials will gradually lose colour intensity after long
exposures to the sun.
Roller
and Roman Shades:
Blinds
2000 Manufacturing Ltd warranties all mechanical moving parts to be
free from defect for the life of the blind.
Fabric is warranted for a period of three years.
Shades may experience minor weave variations due to heat,
humidity, and other room conditions. These variations can result is light bowing, puckering, and
dimpling of the fabric (along the bottom rail). This is considered normal and does not constitute a failure
in either workmanship or materials.
